Returns Policy

We are happy to refund but all refunds are subgect to our approval first.

Note all items are checked when packing but if the product is damaged and or defective in any way you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

If the goods got damaged in transit please advise us at the earliest so that a solution can be sort and where possible please forward photo of the unopened parcel.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 working days once the item(s) is received at our site.
